The City
- Puerto Vallarta is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico, in the Mexican state of Jalisco. It has a population of around 350,000 people and an international airport served by several major airlines.
- The magical combination of mountains and beaches makes visitors fall in love with Puerto Vallarta at first sight. Aside from its beauty and amazing flora and fauna, this city also allures tourists with its colonial architecture and traditions, famous even in Mexico.

This Port town enjoys over 300 sunny days a year and average yearly temperatures of roughly 28º C. It’s no wonder Puerto Vallarta has become such a popular tourist destination!
The School
Nestled among charming colonial-style buildings and picturesque city streets, our partner school in Puerto Vallarta is just one block from the Pacific ocean, close to restaurants, cafes, shops and night time locales. The school has a large café in a nice open terrace that is also used for salsa classes, fiestas and as meeting point for students during the breaks. There is also a conference room for orientation, lectures and movie projections.
Spanish Courses in Puerto Vallarta
- Intensive group course: 15 group classes/week
- Super-intensive group course: 25 group classes/week

Timetable
The group classes, with a maximum of 5 students per group, are held from 9:00 to 14:00 (12:00 for the Intensive course) and are composed of 3 lessons of conversational grammar and 2 lessons of practical conversation and/or lectures if you opt for the Super intensive course (from 12:20 to 14:00 without breaks). The One to One lessons are offered in the afternoons from 14:30 to 17:30 with a 20 minute break.

Accommodation
Carefully selected families, located within 20 minutes walking of the school, offer you single rooms with half board.
Activities and Excursions
- In the afternoons we offer workshops and activities that include:
- Cooking
- Arts and crafts
- salsa classes
- Singing Mexican songs
- A fiesta or a picnic.
- A movie is shown each week during one of the conversation classes.
- Puerto Vallarta has the largest bay in Mexico and attracts fishermen from all over the world. Fishing tours are available year round. During the winter one can enjoy a once in a lifetime experience watching whales and dolphins in their natural environments.
Our Opinion
This is the perfect place to relax and learn Spanish. All is close and accessible, whether it be the big city, the ocean, or the tropical forest. It has a little something for everyone.

- With the +courses you will have one daily cultural class covering Spanish and Latin American culture and civilization. Maximum number of students in these extra cultural classes is 16.
- One to One classes: 10 group classes + 15 One to One per week.
- In the exceptional case that only 1 or 2 students are enrolled in a course in the same level group, the number of classes per week will be reduced slightly.
- All special discount prices (examples) listed above are applicable when doing a minimum of 5, 8, 12, or 20 uninterrupted weeks and the total cost of the program is paid for in full, in advance.
